Overview of Sewer CIPP Lining

What is it?

CIPP lining is a trenchless method of repairing sewer pipes without digging them up. Our team uses a special resin that is impregnated into a felt media, inverted into the pipe, and cured by means of steam. Once cured, the liner becomes part of the host pipe and has similar attributes as PVC.

Lateral Reinstatement / Mainline cutting

What is it?

Lateral reinstatement is a process that restores pipe branches (laterals) that connect to the main sewer line. Our operators use mechanical cutting bots to reinstate laterals or cut heavy material out of mainlines.

CCSI has a state-of-the-art Wolverine 2.0 reinstatement and cutting machine. The Wolverine 2.0 Self-Propelled Robotic Electric Cutting System is compact, powerful, and able to navigate through challenging pipes while cutting obstructions and removing defect growths. ​
